We were up to the cow round up last fall, and 2 of the guys dogs were getting a little friendly...so we called for one of the pups. Our dog had gotten ran over so it was perfect timing for us. So Dusty went and got the puppy on New Years Day! Dusty calls her bread a "Shag" what ever that means??? She is already growing a ton. She was staying out in our mud room, but I was so sick of cleaning up after her that I finally put an end to that. Hopefully she can find a way to stay warm, since it is so dang cold. Her name is "Sprite" we mixed her mom and dad's names which were "Spur" and "Whitie" It's been really fun for the kids to have a friend and a responsibility. Know that she is out side I like her a lot more too.
Brance loves his new buddy. He always makes sure she is fed and watered. 
Morgan was so excited that the puppy fell asleep by her.
Jace is a little rough with the dog he is always picking her up by the neck or grabbing hair as she runs away. I hope she doesn't hurt him one of these times.
He loves his new toy... if we could only get it through his head that she is not a toy.

how fun! puppies are so cute - they just get bigger... anyway, glad you put it outside and that your kids like it, hope the novelty wears off for jace before he gets bit :)
