SANTA!!!

On Monday night we went and seen Santa and his reindeer with the kids. We waited in line 45 minutes to see Santa. It was totally worth it, we love this Santa because his beard is real and the back ground is beautiful. My camera batteries died before we got any pictures with the reindeer. There were 2 of them. Half way home we tried figuring out which ones they were. I think we finally agreed on Comet and Dasher!
Brance told Santa he wants a race track, flash light and sleeping bag!
Morgan told Santa that she wants Chap stick and a Baby doll!
Jace was not scared at all. In fact he loved it!

USU vs BYU

Yesterday me and Dusty went to the Utah State game with all my brother and sister-in-laws. They lost which was sad ;( but we had a really fun time. It brought me back to my high school days. I haven't yelled that hard in a long time. GO AGGIES!!!

Sorry Dusty looks so handsome. He loves Pictures. He knows I'm going to put it on the blog so he always acts like a dork... hoping I won't . Maybe after he realizes I don't care... he'll stop acting like a dork!

This is everyone. Malya, Dusty's Brother Ryan. His sister Laura and Steve. Laura is holding Ryan's daughter Maisie. Then Dusty and his brother Dalan.

It was a blast! Ryan goes to BYU but they sat with us and even put on Aggies shirts.

Cookie Exchange!

This was my 4th year at the cookie exchange! I made 10 dozen cookies and got 19 different kinds of cookies back.
Each person is judged on taste and presentation of the cookies you make and bring. There were 5 prizes. 1st and 2nd over all. 1st and 2nd in presentation and over all taste.

This is my display. The cookies are suppose to look like presents!
I got 2nd place in presentation!!!

This was the first year there were winners for presentation. My cookies were nothing special so I was not expecting to win. I was so excited!

In the past years I have always got Jen's opinion on the big event. So this year she came along with me and made yummy cookies and got 1st in presentation. Great minds think alike! I love the cookie exchange it is a great way to kick off the holidays!!!

New Baby Niece!

My little sister Terra had a baby girl yesterday! No name yet. She was only 5 lbs 13 oz. That is over 2 lbs pounds less than Morgan. (so to me she is really tiny) She is really sleepy and her oxygen level keeps going down so that is why she is on oxygen. (I think) She went to the hospital a 5 am and had her by 8 am! LUCKY!!!
She is so cute and we are so excited for Aunt Terra to be a Mommy. She'll do a great job. She's had lots of practice with 11 niece's and nephew's before her own.
CONGRATS!!!

Happy Birthday Brance!!!

Brance turned 5 on Monday! I can't believe he is that old. He was my longest labor. I was started at 7 in the morning on my due date.I was in full labor from about 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm when I finally got my epidural. I had him at 10:30 that night. He was the best baby. He is getting so big I can't believe it. He is so smart.(at least I think so) He is always trying his hardest and loves to play with his little sister and brother. He loves to go to the farm, play basket ball with his dad and he loves dinosaurs.

This is as far back as digital pic's go for us. I don't have a scanner so this is his youngest picture on the computer. We were in California at the San Diego Padre's game. He is about 9 months old. It was also my 2nd wedding anniversary.

I decided I would give him a party. There were 10 friends invited and they all came.
Grandma Amber gave him a pinata for the party!

It was a Dinosaur party. We played pin the bone in the dino's mouth, and made dino fossils.

I made these dino eggs out of a balloon newspaper and paper masha. I filled them with dino's, candy, stickers and play dough for each kid. It was really fun.

It was a big day, but lots of FUN! He didn't even open his presents from me and Dusty till right before bed time. We have never let him have toys guns, so you can see how excited he was to finally get one. We love Brance so much and are so excited for the years to come!

First Hair Cut!

I decided it was about time Jace got his first hair cut, since he is almost 17 months old. I wanted to take him to the salon. I have been busy and couldn't get to it so I did it myself. I cut Brance's hair so I figured I could do Jace's also.

His hair had a little bit of a curl to it in the back.

It was pretty long on top. It was really uneven.

He did a good job as long as I stayed away from his ears.

I must be concentrating really hard.

Morgan was getting in the way so I gave her the camera and she took about 20 pictures. She actually did a pretty good job.

What a sweet heart!

He looks so handsome.
I now know why it took me so long to do this... he looks so grown up, I hate it!!!

"Princess Snow White"

So a couple weeks ago I was asking the kids what they wanted to be for Halloween. It was bed time so I gave Morgan a few idea's and told her to dream about it. The next morning she came up and told me this...
Morg: Mom I had a good dream
Mom: You did tell me about it (I had forgot about the night before)
Morg: I was snow white!
Mom: Awesome
Morg: I won't eat the apple
She had watched Snow White at Gma Bingham's with her aunt Laura a few weeks ago. I looked every where for a costume and everything was so cheap looking but cost an arm and leg. I even tried to talk her into something else. But she was not going to change her mind. So I decided to make it. It ended up costing around $18.00 which was less than the store costume and it looks 100% better. Thanks to Gma Mary for helping me make it!
Morgan got invited to a punch and cookie party for princesses and she was so excited that I had to hurry and get in down for the party. I was going to wait till Halloween to share this...but she looked so cute I couldn't wait!
This is right before the party!
She was so excited she asked me all morning when she could get dressed! Now all I hear about is the princess party!

This was after the party. They got to put on make-up and she got a necklace, earrings and rings. This was the best pic I could get. She doesn't love getting her picture taken. In fact I usually have to bribe her unless it is her idea. I hope the dress makes it to Halloween I can hardly keep it off her.

Cornbelly"s

Last week me and the kids went to Thanksgiving point to the Cornbelly's corn maze! It was so much fun. We meet Dusty's sister Laura and our Sister-in-law Malya and cousin Maisie. Thanks Laura for helping with the kids! Thanks for inviting us Malya it was tons of FUN!There were all kinds of things to do.
Brance in the corn Maze! No it was not David Archuleta's head we decided not to try the adult maze!
Brance's favorite part was the corn maze and digging in the dirt!
Aunt Malya is helping Jace and Maisie go down the slide. Jace really liked going on all the slides little or BIG!

This was my favorite part it was a little shed full of corn kernels that you could jump in. It was like a sand pile with corn instead of sand. I loved it.

Right here Brance is pumping water in to the troth so the ducks can float. Morgan is putting the duck back in and Jace and Maisie are fighting over the pump!

This was one of the really big slides!

Morgan loved to jump on the big "pillow". When I asked her what her favorite part was she said " um...jumpin on the big pillow and then falling and rolling off"

I had to throw this one in cause it was so cute!
Who needs hands!!!

Family Pic's

As you can see we got our family pic's taken last weekend. My good friend Melissa took them. She did a great job! I love them! Thanks Melissa!!! We took Jace and Morgan's pic's in Brigham and the rest here on the farm. I think they turned out good for having three little kids all with a mind of there own. Morgan was the hardest (stubborn girl). Brance was so cute he would pose and smile so good. Thanks again Melissa!

Brance is growing up so fast he will be 5 in a month! Crazy!

Jace has some really funny faces and some really mean ones too!

Brance came up with this pose all by himself. What a stud!

"The last two weeks"

So I decided to share a part of my last two weeks of being a mother of three! I love being a mom and would not trade it for anything. There are always those moments when I need a little "me time". Who doesn't, Right? My kids keep me going and I LOVE each of them so much! Enjoy!

"Sugar Baby"

I was making Raspberry Jam and must not have put the lid on the sugar tight. I left the room (that's when everything bad happens right) and when I came back this is what I found. He was in heaven! He was covered in sugar from head to toe! It's hard to get mad and this little sweetie!

"Little Daisy Duke"

The other day Dusty was out on the tractor in front of our house, and Morgan wanted to go with him. So I told her to go get shoe's on. This is what she choose... Brance's sock and old cowboy boots. I thought she looked like "Daisy Duke".
